He is also, the founder and president of Thriving which is an urban ministry organization committed to training leaders for ministry in cities locally, nationally, and internationally. Eric earned his seminary degree from the Dallas Theological Seminary and a doctorate from Gordon Cromwell Theological Seminary. Dr. Mason is also the author of Manhood Restored and Beat God to the Punch. Also, Dr. Mason has contributed to multiple publications to serve the body of Christ.
